On November 3, 2023,  Zhejiang Texwell Textile Technology Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang University of Technology was officially established and awarded the nameplate at Zhejiang Texwell. The two sides will carry out joint research and development and exchanges around projects such as the development of environmentally friendly PU films and functional PU films. Professor Zhang Cheng, director of the National International Science and Technology Cooperation Base for "Energy Materials and Applications" of Zhejiang University of Technology and from the College of Chemical Engineering, Professor Ouyang Mi, deputy director of the "Most Important" discipline of Applied Chemistry of Zhejiang Province of Zhejiang University of Technology and from the College of Chemical Engineering, as well as Chairman Jiang and Deputy General Manager Yu of Zhejiang Dewei Company, attended the meeting.
